Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying against shipping documents.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for safe transport.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all necessary documentation is attached.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks (training available).
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Practice proper lifting techniques to avoid strain or injury.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety principles.
