Job Summary:
Our dynamic fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas is searching for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving incoming goods, managing inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. You will play a key part in the logistics of getting products from our shelves to our customers' doorsteps. This involves unloading trucks, inspecting inventory, and stocking items appropriately. For order fulfillment, you'll accurately retrieve products, package them with care, and ensure all shipping documentation is in order. A strong commitment to safety is essential; you will be required to follow all safety guidelines, utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly, and employ safe lifting techniques. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and is a reliable team player. Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is preferred. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely for shipping.
  • Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and other tasks as needed.
  • Practice safe lifting methods.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
