Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and orders are processed promptly. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory and materials.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
