Join our innovative logistics team as a Fulfillment Associate in San Jose, California! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to our state-of-the-art fulfillment center. In this role, you will be instrumental in processing customer orders from start to finish. Responsibilities include receiving goods, accurately picking and packing items, managing inventory, and preparing shipments for dispatch. The ideal candidate possesses excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and efficient workflow. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology is preferred. This position requires the ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for prolonged periods, and operating material handling equipment. Safety is our highest priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety procedures and consistent use of mandated PPE (e.g., safety glasses, gloves) are non-negotiable.
