About
We are seeking motivated Fulfillment Associates for our Raleigh, North Carolina location! As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders with speed and accuracy. Your duties will include picking items from shelves, carefully packing them for shipment, and ensuring all orders are accurately prepared for dispatch. Your efficiency directly impacts our customer service levels. Maintaining a safe work environment is our highest priority. All associates must comply with all company safety regulations and wear the necessary PPE , such as safety glasses, gloves, and appropriate footwear. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and move throughout the warehouse quickly and efficiently. We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus, but we are committed to training individuals with the right attitude and work ethic. You will utilize technology like handheld scanners to manage inventory and fulfill orders accurately. Your attention to detail in picking and packing ensures the correct items reach our customers.
