Exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Specialist in Dallas, Texas! This pivotal role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory within our sophisticated logistics operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, investigating stock variances, and implementing improvements to inventory control processes. Your meticulous attention to detail is crucial for ensuring that our inventory data is precise and reliable. Maintaining a safe working environment is a top priority. You will be expected to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct usage of PPE . This includes safety glasses, appropriate footwear, and any specialized equipment required for inventory tasks. While this role may involve some Lifting of inventory items (up to 30 pounds), the primary focus is on data accuracy and process management. We are seeking analytical, organized, and proactive individuals with strong problem-solving skills. Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field is highly desirable. Proficiency with inventory management software and a good understanding of warehouse logistics are essential. You will work closely with warehouse teams to identify and resolve inventory issues, implement best practices, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be liaising with various departments.
