Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using scanning technology.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklifts).
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe distribution center environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and mandatory PPE requirements.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily logistics targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with warehouse equipment and scanning systems.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for prolonged periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strict adherence to safety procedures and consistent use of PPE.
