The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the shipping process, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of our supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be working closely with warehouse staff, carriers, and other departments to coordinate shipments, prepare documentation, and resolve any shipping-related issues. A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position. Your responsibilities will include verifying shipping information, creating shipping labels, scheduling pickups, and maintaining shipping records. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our employees, so adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role involves moderate Lifting, so physical stamina is important. Experience with shipping software and a understanding of logistics principles is highly desirable.
