Become a Picker/Packer for our growing logistics operation in Charlotte, North Carolina! This fast-paced role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary duties will involve accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to order sheets, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is crucial, as is strict adherence to all Safety procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle regular Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works efficiently, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
