OUR TEAM

In the Maintenance Department, we aim to ensure equipment reliability, durability, and performance through predictive maintenance strategies, data-driven decision-making, and continuous capability development.

MISSION

In this role, you will:

  • Drive equipment reliability and durability through predictive maintenance techniques (e.g., vibration, oil, thermography)
  • Manage and execute predictive maintenance plans for critical machines to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency
  • Monitor machine health and performance indicators, ensuring timely analysis and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve maintenance effectiveness, reduce breakdowns, and enhance safety
  • Develop maintenance capabilities by supporting tools, systems, and training for maintenance teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including LOTOTO, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in predictive maintenance, reliability, or industrial maintenance
  • Good knowledge of mechanical systems (e.g., gearbox, bearing, pump, blower, fan, motor, transformer)
  • Hands-on experience with predictive tools (e.g., vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasound, motor insulation testing)
  • Good teamwork and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication both in Thai and English
