Setting up new suppliers in SAGE and Asset Minder.
Signing off POs & SRNs on Asset Minder.
Providing administrative support for customer order completion and planning.
Monitoring and updating Stratum with test dates & ADR Certs.
Keeping relevant company systems up to date, including Asset Minder.
Setting up payees on the bank and creating payments.
Setting up suppliers and customers on Sage & Asset Minder.
Signing off Purchase Orders and SRNs on Asset Minder.
Managing Accounts Receivable & Payable.
Producing PDF certificates, safety/brake sheets, and uploading to the system and scanning to customers upon completion.
What Skills You Need Minimum 2 years of financial role experience or accounts experience within another role (advantage).
Minimum 2 years of administration experience.
Experience in financial accounts and general bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Invoice/PO processing.
Relevant third-level degree or equivalent expertise.
Accounting Technician level is an advantage.
