If you are a passionate and experienced Teacher with a knack for special educational needs, we want to hear from you! This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.

As our new SEN Class Teacher, you will have the rewarding responsibility of teaching a small, bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a Teaching Assistant. Your mission will be to plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons that cater to a diverse range of abilities.

In this role, you will:

• Inspire and motivate pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to uphold high educational standards.
• Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance pupil engagement and learning.
• Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment for all students.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures in alignment with our core values.

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
• Proven experience in SEN teaching.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success.

All successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check, with costs covered by Polaris Community.
