As a Analytics Solutions Manager, within the Data and Analytics Strategy Team, you will define and drive the data products strategy with the Consumer and Community Banking, combining executive communication, portfolio governance, and hands-on leadership to accelerate adoption and measurable outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
Set vision, operating model, and roadmap for data products and prioritize by consumption and measurable outcome and establish north-star metrics, adoption goals, and continuous improvement framework Deliver crisp executive materials for senior forums; align to enterprise priorities and address ad-hoc leadership asks with cross-LOB insights and actionable recommendations Translate business needs into productized initiatives with defined outcomes and adoption target and run alignment forums across product, technology, governance, and financ Partner with PMs, engineers, analysts, and scientists to unblock delivery; promote a measure-and-iterate culture and operate intake, business casing, prioritization, approvals, and architecture checkpoints Lead quarterly planning readiness; define KPI standards for adoption, quality, timeliness, satisfaction, and impact and quantify benefits and align with finance on investments and budgets; publish realization updates and drive course-corrections Oversee high-fidelity prototypes on lake-available sources; standardize engineering handoffs and reusable patterns and set best practices for quality, semantics, and consumption Build curricula and communities of practice; systematize voice-of-customer inputs into prioritized roadmaps Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Advanced degree in a quantitative/technical field or equivalent experience;10+ years in data and analytics within complex environments 3+ years managing cross-functional outcomes; 2+ years Financial Services experience Working command of core data management (modeling basics, quality principles, lineage/observability, access control) Executive communication excellence; able to frame trade-offs and influence senior stakeholders PowerPoint for executive communications, Excel for scenario modeling and financial analysis, SQL for usage exploration and prototype validation, Python for light analytics and automation Strong commitment to iterative development, with a proven ability to engage and update stakeholders regularly. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Depth with cloud/big-data ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Spark/Databricks) and streaming/real-time patterns. Leadership of prototype-to-production pathways with standardized handoffs and performance benchmarks. Experience enabling advanced analytics/AI through standardized semantics and data-readiness patterns. Creation of reusable toolkits (business-case templates, portfolio KPIs, maturity/readiness assessments, review cadences) and build enablement programs at scale that improved adoption and satisfaction.
