Mechanical Engineering Branch Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas

DIHO Consulting is partnering with a respected engineering firm to identify a strategic and growth-oriented Branch Manager to lead and expand its Dallas operations.

This role is designed for an experienced engineering professional who has successfully managed a branch or regional operation and understands how to drive performance, profitability, and market presence.

We are seeking a leader who can operate at both the technical and executive levels — someone who understands engineering operations and knows how to grow a business.

Position Overview

The Branch Manager will have full operational oversight of the Dallas office, including financial performance, team leadership, client development, and strategic expansion. This individual will be responsible for strengthening market position while maintaining operational excellence and technical integrity.Must have CMT Software experience. (Construction Management)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership for branch operations and engineering teams
  • Own branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives
  • Expand client relationships and develop new market opportunities
  • Lead proposal development, contract review, and negotiations
  • Ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Develop, and retain high-performing engineering professionals
  • Align branch objectives with company-wide strategic goals
  • Strong engineering background with progressive leadership experience
  • Prior branch management or regional operational leadership experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and manage profitability
  • Proven client-facing and business development success
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and strategic mindset
