Job Summary

Fairview Lawn & Landscaping Inc. is seeking a skilled and dependable Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead daily field operations and deliver high-quality service to our clients. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and thrives in a hands-on environment. The Foreman will be responsible for managing a maintenance crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a working leadership position, requiring active participation in all aspects of landscape maintenance and seasonal services.
Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew
• Work alongside crew members to complete daily tasks
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and on time
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate professionally with clients and address any concerns
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Assist with daily scheduling and job planning
• Operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in a safe and professional manner
• Execute snow and ice management services including:
  • Operating trucks equipped with snow plows and sanders
  • Utilizing snow removal equipment such as snowblowers
  • Delivering timely snow and ice management services during winter

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of landscape maintenance foreman experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
• Experience driving trucks with trailers
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Equipment Experience

Must be experienced with:

• Commercial mowers
• String trimmers (weedwackers)
• Leaf blowers
• Hedge trimmers and general landscaping tools
• Winter equipment, including:
  • Plow trucks
  • Sanders
  • Snowblowers

Work Environment

• This is a hands-on role requiring physical labor
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and snow
• Ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day

Salary
$45,000 - $55,000+ based on experience
Performance based end of the year bonus
