Senior Backend Software Engineer Remote Join our dynamic team as a Senior Backend Engineer, where you'll have the opportunity to develop innovative product features for our Personal Loans vertical. This role demands a hands-on expert in backend development who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll create reliable and observable solutions while collaborating with a diverse team of engineers, product managers, and quality engineers. We understand the importance of work-life balance, and this position allows you to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance customer-facing product features with exceptional quality and observability. Design and maintain backend services focused on maximizing performance and minimizing latency. Enhance load-testing capabilities for model inference and streamline recommendation orchestration. Deliver end-to-end features using TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, and microservices architecture. Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment to achieve project goals. Own technical tasks with the independence and initiative to follow through after the onboarding period. Contribute to scalable services and refine existing systems as necessary. Qualifications: Substantial backend engineering experience, with a proven track record in hands-on development. Proficient in TypeScript with a solid understanding of GraphQL. Experience with Node.js and CI/CD deployment tools. Extensive hands-on experience in microservices architecture. Proven ability to build scalable services and high-performance systems. Courage to ramp up quickly and tackle technical tasks with minimal supervision. Preferred experience in product engineering, delivering features at scale. Familiarity with Scala and Google Cloud Platform is a plus. Education: A background in Computer Science or a related field is required. Note:
