Description :The Contact Center Specialist at CoxHealth is responsible for conducting inbound and outbound calls in a consumer focused, appropriate and timely manner. Primary responsibilities include assisting patients in locating a CoxHealth providers who meets his/her needs, centralized patient scheduling services, class and event registration, telemedicine operational services, providing general information or direction as it relates to CoxHealth, and other duties as assigned. The Contact Center Specialist is the first point of contact for many patients and serves a critical role in establishing a great first impression.Education: ▪ Required: High school diploma or Equivalent
Experience: ▪ Required: 1 year customer service experience ▪ Preferred: 2+ year customer service experience or Call Center experience
Skills: ▪ Outstanding written verbal communication skills ▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs ▪ Ability to multi-task
