Reporting to the Payroll Manager, youll collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Compensation & Benefits, and other key partners.
Youll work side by side with the existing Senior Payroll Associate to deliver seamless payroll operations, continuous improvement, and a first-class employee experience.
***This position is being offered on a 6 month contract basis with a strong possibility of permanency thereafter.
Ideally you will be available to start immediately (or with a short notice period)
*** Responsibilities: Manage high-volume weekly and monthly payroll cycles Ensure accuracy and compliance under tight deadlines Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors Handle payroll queries with a customer-first mindset Support audits, reconciliations, and statutory reporting Drive process improvements and automation initiatives Key Requirements: 3+ years payroll experience in Ireland (multinational preferred) IPASS (or equivalent) qualification Strong knowledge of payroll, tax, and compliance Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) Experience with Workday / Softworks (a plus) Prior experience with third-party payroll providers Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. xcfaprz
