Responsibilities: Lead the design of data architecture for significant projects, evaluating the equilibrium between system design and operational costs.
Develop frameworks to boost data logging efficiency while collaborating closely with data infrastructure to manage and resolve issues.
Work alongside engineers, product managers, and data scientists to comprehend data requirements and effectively present insights.
Establish and uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all datasets under your management.
Implement security protocols according to privacy standards, ensuring data quality, and enhancing governance practices.
Create and launch advanced data models and visualizations to meet varied use cases across different products.
Resolve complex data integration challenges using optimal ETL processes while handling both structured and unstructured data sources.
Manage current production processes while optimizing intricate code using advanced algorithms.
Enhance pipelines, dashboards, and systems to facilitate the efficient development of data artifacts.
Influence cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities that can lead to significant outcomes.
Mentor team members through constructive feedback to encourage a culture of collaborative learning.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in data-oriented roles (e.g., data analyst, data scientist, data engineer, etc.).
Proficient in SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and at least one programming language (Python, C++, C#, Scala, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in a STEM field.
