About

As the Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of cloud and core infrastructure services. The successful candidate must be commutable to the head office Sunderland. Manage and optimise Microsoft Azure environments and cloud resources
* Ensure system availability, reliability, and security through monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery planning
* Respond to and resolve major incidents and technical issues, performing root cause analysis where required
* Provide technical support and mentoring to colleagues and Service Desk teams
* Support IT integrations and onboarding of new organisations, including due diligence and infrastructure planning
* 3 years’ plus experience in a Cloud or Infrastructure Engineering role
* ITIL awareness
Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, storage, security, cost management)
* Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Active Directory / Group Policy
* Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration
* Networking fundamentals (VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs)
* Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
* Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications
