Manage, support and enhance enterprise-level network infrastructure across multiple sites Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network issues to maintain high availability Ensure systems are patched, secure and performing optimally Maintain accurate technical documentation and update configuration records Support service delivery through ticketing systems and meet SLAs What Experience is Required
Strong experience with Cisco networking (CCNA minimum, 5+ years preferred) Cisco Firepower and Cisco ASA configuration and management. Proven skills in routing, switching, firewalls and network troubleshooting Experience working in complex, multi-site or enterprise environments Salary & Benefits
