Join our expanding team in Orlando, Florida, as a Material Handler. This critical role supports the seamless operation of our warehouse and logistics network. You will be responsible for moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and arranging inventory. Your tasks will include loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers, and transporting them to designated areas within the facility. Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is essential. Safety is our utmost priority; you will be trained on and expected to adhere strictly to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues. This includes understanding and following proper lifting techniques and equipment operating procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work areas, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency. Accurate inventory management is key, so attention to detail is vital when handling and moving stock. We require all employees to utilize the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, such as safety shoes, high-visibility vests, and gloves, to minimize risks. The ability to perform lifting of up to 55 lbs regularly is a fundamental aspect of this job.
