Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Python, Spark. Good knowledge with client data ecosystem (Cornerstone and Lumi). Genesys WFM data knowledge is good to have. Knowledge of data modeling and NOSQL databases. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities, and increasing productivity.
