Reporting to the Global IT Project Manager, the person will be responsible for implementing data analytic projects/business requirement using Microsoft Power BI, providing Power BI related guidance / trainings, support to end users, managing and monitoring Power BI workspaces. Main Responsibilities Go-to person for any Power BI/Data analytic related queries, conduct Power BI end user trainings whenever required As part of Power BI support team, reinforce Power BI governance policy, responsible for creating workspace, managing user permissions, adjusting workspace settings Gather and document user requirement, perform solution prototyping when needed, implement Power BI datasets/reports/dashboard to fulfill business need Document analytical processes and data sets for predictive and prescriptive analysis Automate fundamental data processing processes Manage and work closely with various stakeholders (e.g., end users, senior management, and external vendors), able to exceed stakeholders' expectations Recommend ways to improve data quality, process improvement and understand business value relationships Translate advanced business analytics problems into technical approaches that yield actionable recommendations Education Bachelor's or master's degree in computer Science, data Analytics, business intelligence, mathematics or statistics Preferred certifications
Power BI Data Analyst Microsoft Experience 5 years of data/business analyst experience and 3 years of reporting Well-versed with Microsoft Power Platform, especially be SME in Power BI Skills Expertise in Microsoft Power BI Perfect knowledge of SQL, familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, data processing automation, predictive and prescriptive analytics Effective analytic/diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Be proactive and have good work attitude Self-sufficient with good time management skills Able to effectively communicate complex technical information to a broad array of team members and stakeholders Good English language skills, both written and spoken
