Gap Inc. is seeking a Staff Network Engineer Stores Network to lead the evolution of our retail store network infrastructure across North America and global markets. This role is both hands-on and strategic, responsible for shaping the architecture, reliability, and scalability of the networks that power thousands of Gap Inc. stores. As a senior technical leader within the Infrastructure Engineering organization, you will define standards, drive innovation, and influence cross-functional teams to enable secure, resilient, and highly available connectivity. This role plays a critical part in supporting Store Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, 5G, and IoT ecosystems, enabling Gap's Store of the Future vision. Salary Range: $146,500 - $190,500 USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
