Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Business Analyst

with

5+ years of experience

in working with

Sales Cloud

and

Service Cloud

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding businesses in leveraging Salesforce to improve their processes and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business challenges, and translate these into data-driven Salesforce solutions. The role demands expertise in process analysis, requirement gathering, and Salesforce solution design/configuration, with an emphasis on achieving measurable business improvements. 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Proven track record of managing project-based work and business improvement initiatives, using Salesforce as a tool for driving process transformation. Lead efforts to analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements by leveraging Salesforce. Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions tailored to the business requirements. Lead the design of Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, page layouts, custom objects, and automation tools like Flow and Process Builder. Strong expertise in analyzing complex business processes and mapping them into Salesforce solutions. Excellent skills in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements with stakeholders. Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation using Salesforce. Experience managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
