Location: 123 Main Street, White Plains, NY (Westchester County)
Duration: up to 12 month
Weekly hours: 37.50
5 hour unpaid lunch Paid for time worked only
1--Windows 7 / Windows 8.1 / Windows 10 MS Office - 2010, 2013, 2016
2--MS Outlook - 2010, 2013, 2016
3--NIC, CD-RW, Video Cards, Etc.
4--Support / Install / Trouble shoot the following but not limited to:
5--Operating Systems MS Office Products Exchange Anti-Virus
6--Must be familiar with installing the following:
7--PCs / Desktop Replacements Monitors, Hard Drives, Memory
8--Support Desktop / Printer Replacement Life Cycle Program
9--Periodically Support Other IT Groups within the NYPA Organization. Asset Management / Disposal of Equipment.
Skills:
Minimum 4 years prior demonstrated experience

Education and Certifications:
Associate degree in Information Systems; 4 year college degree is preferred.
