Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Fachliche- und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams Development Control / Entwicklungssteuerung

• Verantwortlich für die NRE Planungsunterstützung aller Entwicklungsabteilungen

• Identifikation von Fokusthemen bei R&D- und Flugprojekten und Erstellen von Priorisierungsvorschlägen

• Patentkoordination und Pflege

• Harmonisierung von Entwicklungsthemen, wie: Datenpflege, Reporting, Schnittstellen, Best Practices

• Unterstützung der Entwicklung bei Vertriebsaktivitäten und Produktpflege

• Durchführung (Moderation & Koordination) von Verbesserungen in der Entwicklung

• KPI Pflege und Erweiterung

• Unterstützung bei Administrativen Aufgaben in der Entwicklung

Ihre Qualifikation:

• B.Sc. B. Eng. Physik / Elektrotechnik / Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbarer Abschluss

• Erfahrung im Entwicklungsbereich bei der Projektdurchführung von Angebotserstellung bis Entwicklungsabschluss

• Kaufmännisches Verständnis sind von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, JIRA und MS Office Produkten

• Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeiter wünschenswert

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz und Durchsetzungskraft

• Hohe Motivation, aktiv Verantwortung zu übernehmen

• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

• Proaktiv und sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

• Führungsmethoden und- fähigkeiten gem. dem Airbus-Leadership-Modell
