What Will I Be Doing as a Sales & Customer Experience Representative? Guide customers through AT&T plans, bundles, and promotional offers with clear, professional consultations that build trust and drive conversions.
Support client accounts by resolving service issues, answering questions, and ensuring long-term satisfaction through proactive communication.
Recommend AT&T upgrades, add-ons, and bundled services tailored to customer needs to enhance value and optimize sales opportunities.
Achieve and exceed daily sales goals, customer acquisition targets, and retention benchmarks through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
Stay current on AT&T products and service updates to deliver expert guidance and ensure accurate, up-to-date recommendations.
Document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems to maintain organized follow-up, data accuracy, and seamless account management.
Collaborate with teammates to drive performance, share insights, and contribute to a positive, high-energy sales culture.
