This role is pivotal in driving sales and enhancing brand visibility through engaging event experiences. We are searching for a highly motivated Event Sales Representative to build relationships with potential customers and promote Frontier Communications solutions at various events set in retail settings. As an Event Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating leads, securing sales, and cultivating strong relationships with event attendees, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities for the Event Sales Representative: Plan and execute sales events in Newington, including setup, logistics, and maintaining an engaging environment. Engage event attendees, understand their needs, build rapport, and promote Frontier Communications retail products and services. Present and demonstrate products at events to drive interest, answer questions, resolve concerns, and finalize sales, consistently achieving or surpassing targets. Possess thorough knowledge of Frontier Communications’ products, pricing, promotions, and competitors to accurately inform customers and customize solutions. Capture and qualify event leads, follow up to nurture relationships, provide information, and convert leads to sales using CRM and sales tools. Works with sales, marketing, and operations to align event strategies with business goals, manage logistics, and execute promotions. Track and analyze event sales, customer feedback, and lead metrics to assess event effectiveness, identify improvements, and report to management.
