Job Summary
The Test Lead is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of platform-level testing activities across subscriber management, billing, payments, supply chain operations, and ERP integrations within the MVNE ecosystem. This role ensures system reliability, data integrity, financial accuracy, and operational readiness for both internal and external stakeholders. The Test Lead sets the overall strategy for MVNE testing and manages internal and external resources to complete unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. This role is also responsible for driving modern test automation practices and integrating testing with CI/CD pipelines
You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the testing strategy and test plans for all major MVNE platform domains
Subscriber management (activation, porting, SIM lifecycle)
Billing systems (rating, charging, invoicing, taxation)
Payment processing (credit card, ACH, refund handling, payment gateway integrations)
Supply chain systems (SIM inventory, device fulfillment, logistics workflows)
ERP integrations (order management, inventory control, financial transactions)
Lead test execution for new feature deployments, system upgrades, and integration projects across internal platforms and external partner systems
Establish and enforce test data management standards to ensure accuracy across subscriber, financial, and operational transactions
Collaborate closely with product management, development, architecture, finance, and operations teams to define test requirements and ensure cross-functional coverage
Drive defect identification, documentation, triage, and resolution management across development and operational teams
Implement risk-based testing approaches focused on critical system paths and revenue-impacting workflows
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate build validations, regression testing, and production deployment readiness
Develop, maintain, and evolve platform regression suites, including both manual and automated tests across APIs, user interfaces, and batch processes
Lead and mentor an internal and external team of testers, including SDET resources, to build robust automation frameworks and tooling for continuous quality assurance
Maintain full traceability between business requirements, test cases, test results, and production defect findings

What You'll Need
5+ years of direct experience leading testing in telecom, MVNO, MVNE, or complex BSS/OSS environments.
Strong domain expertise in subscriber lifecycle management, telecom billing systems, payment processing workflows, supply chain management, and ERP platform integrations (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
Experience designing and executing comprehensive test strategies covering real-time APIs, asynchronous processing, database validations, financial reconciliations, and third-party system integrations.
Deep understanding of telecom operational flows including number portability (LNP), SIM issuance and activation, network usage capture, and mediation systems.
Proficiency with modern test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr) and API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
Practical experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodePipeline)
Ability to independently manage complex cross-domain test efforts across subscriber, financial, operational, and fulfillment systems.
Working knowledge of PCI compliance, SOX controls, and data privacy standards relevant to telecom payments and subscriber data.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing or developing automation test frameworks in modern languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
Background in telecom system vendors such as Amdocs, Netcracker, or Ericsson
Prior experience testing ERP integrations related to order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and supply chain logistics
Familiarity with data migration programs, ETL validations, and financial audit testing
Industry certifications from TM Forum, GSMA, or major cloud providers (AWS, Azure) are a plus

Minimum Salary: $111,300
Maximum Salary: $161,700
