Diagnose, research, and resolve endpoint technical issues Responsible for deskside and remote support for operating systems, local applications, and access to a server or cloud-based applications Utilize, create, and maintain documentation for existing and new systems Travel to remote Company business sites as needed Configure and support company softphones and telephony systems Works on special projects or research as needed. Support Cybersecurity tools Assist with LAN/WAN management QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Knowledge:
Associate degree in STEM field or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of operating systems Strong knowledge of M365 and other desktop-based and cloud-based applications Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks Strong knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration utilities Strong troubleshooting skills Current Certification: A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco, Microsoft or ITIL Experience/Skills:
One year experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking COMPETENCIES:
Interest and aptitude for developing Cybersecurity skills Must be customer focused and team-oriented Solid verbal and written communication skills Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize
