What You'll Do Lead the design and optimization of scalable data pipelines on AWS Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers Partner with architects and stakeholders on data models and platform roadmaps Own delivery planning, estimation, and execution for major data initiatives Build robust ELT/ETL, orchestration, CI/CD, and monitoring frameworks Champion data quality, governance, security, performance, and cost efficiency What You Bring
8+ years of data engineering experience; 3+ years in a technical lead role Deep experience with AWS data services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR/Spark) Strong Python/PySpark or Scala skills and advanced SQL Experience building large-scale data lakes and warehouses Familiarity with orchestration, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills Why Join
