Senior Business Analyst

Job DescriptionOur local client is looking to add a Senior Business Analyst to their team for a contract project. This project will be focused on information security and other technical projects (such as infrastructure, Windows upgrades, etc.). Qualified candidates should possess a highly technical background and be able to hit the ground running with our technical teams and speak their language. This role focuses less on business requirements and more on identifying desired outcomes and the work required to deliver those outcomes.This is a senior-level role for which the candidate will have a demonstrated ability to successfully support multiple projects simultaneously. If you would like to be considered, please apply today!Work model:HybridWhat you will do:Support and lead multiple projects from planning to conclusionDefine or refine requirements, specifications, and logical flowchartsCollect details on user needs and workflow to enable effective solutionsDocument requirements and validate complex requirements Manage project scopeEnsure efficient and on-time delivery of project tasksEvaluate and research new and existing products, procedures, and workflow needs to be associated with company business systemsFacilitate agreements among stakeholders, including issue resolution, negotiation, and conflict managementWhat you will need to be successful:7+ years of experience in an IT analysis-related positionExperience organizing requirements into user stories supporting defined sprints.
