Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.HOW AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT? Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software? May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals?
