In this role, you will be responsible for: Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality and innovative product solutions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to discover and deliver user-centered solutions. Champion an evidence-based approach to understanding user and business needs, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly to inform and validate design decisions. Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, observations, and data analysis to uncover insights that inform design strategy. Create detailed flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate the user experience. Rapidly prototype to quickly create, test, and iterate ideas in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design process. Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability. What it takes: 5+ years proven experience as a UX or product designer with a robust portfolio showcasing design excellence. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline or equivalent experience. Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, user research, interaction design, and information architecture. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams and enable consensus. Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and an appetite for solving complex and ambiguous problems.
