Position SummaryWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for SEO, SEM, Website Analytics, and Lead Generation to drive qualified traffic and maximize conversions for our apartment communities.The ideal candidate has experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Excel, and can perform data analysis. At Horizon, we believe in teamwork and going above and beyond in our position to accomplish results.***RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSearch Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid AdvertisingManage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads campaigns for our apartment buildings.Optimize PPC campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).Develop retargeting strategies to engage potential renters who have visited our sites.Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy.Website Analytics & Data AnalysisTrack and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and marketing performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Develop custom dashboards and reports to measure marketing effectiveness.Identify trends and insights to drive marketing decisions and improve ROI.Support marketing automation and CRM integration to improve lead tracking.Lead Generation & Performance OptimizationDevelop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive rental inquiries.Monitor lead quality and conversion rates from various channels.Work with leasing teams to ensure seamless follow-up processes.Research and recommend new marketing tools and technologies.SEO & Website OptimizationConduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for improved search rankings.Work with developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.Monitor and improve website user experience (UX) and conversion rates.COMPENSATIONWe offer an excellent compensation packet including a very competitive salary (DOE), bonus potential, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, HSA, etc.Horizon additionally offers hybrid or remote work options as well as ample professional development opportunities.Salary: $45,000-60,000 DOE plus 10% bonus potential. Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSMust-Have:1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or multi-family housing.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising.Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.Nice-to-Have:+ Experience with Google Looker Studio for reporting.+ Familiarity with marketing automation tools & CRM systems.+ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for website tracking.+ Previous experience working in real estate or multi-family property marketing.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume and a short cover letter explaining why they are a great fit for this role.Salary Description $45,000-60,000 DOE with 10% bonus potential
