Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Sales Manager for a well-established is a leading manufacturer of flow meters and associated flow computers. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity based in the Santa Clarita, CA area that offers an on-site work environment with a driven, fast-paced, and passionate team. The Sales Manager is responsible for helping companies achieve their long-term goals and expand into new markets by locating new business opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients and arranging appointments for sales executives. PERKS: Direct-hire, full-time opportunity! Competitive salary range of $70K-$80K (plus commission) annually depending on experience level! Full-time work hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST! On-Site work environment in Santa Clarita area! RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless client experiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. 4-6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and email marketing platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a go-getter attitude and accountability.
