Senior Backend Software Engineers

to join our Data group, which is building a groundbreaking new Data Platform—mondayDB 3.0. This next-generation system is designed to scale our product’s capacity by orders of magnitude. Some of the challenges ahead for this year: Scale monday’s data capacity by 100x—one of our biggest challenges yet Lead the industry with cutting-edge data capabilities Enhance resilience and observability across the organization Work on a tier-one service with a company-wide impact. Develop a new service designed to support 100x our current scale. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and fast execution. Focus on resilience, monitoring, and observability—key to our success. Emphasize teamwork, working closely with team members and developers across teams. Your Experience & Skills

6/7+ years of relevant technical experience with a passion for system architecture. Experience with microservices architecture, event sourcing, and modern frameworks is a plus. Proven track record in building complex, large-scale web applications. Hands-on experience with databases such as Redis, Cassandra, etc. Knowledge of resilience, monitoring, and observability best practices. Team player with strong communication skills, an egoless mindset, and empathy.
