DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The work of this position heavily focuses on ensuring the security of personal information of Commonwealth citizens as well as Commonwealth employees and systems. This will be accomplished through implementation of robust security measures and monitoring systems for vulnerabilities. This role will conduct risk assessments, manage incident responses, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaboration with IT teams and training staff on security protocols will also be key responsibilities.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework:
You may be expected to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
Salary:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Two years of experience performing technical work in network support or network administration with a minimum of six months experience focused on IT security.
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Healthcare Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
You must be a Pennsylvania resident.
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and presentation skills.
Experience with Affordable Care Act (ACA) state-based exchanges and/or Medicaid programs.
Experience with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reporting guidance.
