We are seeking a skilled Material Handler for our Jacksonville, Florida facility. This position is fundamental to our warehouse operations, involving the efficient movement, organization, and tracking of materials throughout the facility. You will be responsible for receiving goods, stocking inventory, and preparing materials for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and prepare materials for shipment or further processing.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
- Perform tasks requiring lifting of materials up to 50 pounds.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain efficiency.
