Looking for a Service Now Business Analyst for a well-known financial institution in Chicago (hybrid)
Experience - 7-9 years
qualifications (Must Haves):
At least 3 years in a ServiceNow business analyst role Deep knowledge of ITSM processes, including Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management and Problem Management.
You have a bachelor's degree and bring 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
You have experience with the ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, DevOps, APM, Vulnerability, HR, GRC and Integration HUB. Onboarding module.
You have a background working within the ITIL and IT Service Management discipline.
