Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a QA Document Control Specialist for a company in Defiance, OH. In this role, youll manage and maintain quality documents within the QMS, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date, and compliant with ISO 9001 standards. Youll work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to keep documentation organized, accessible, and audit-ready. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! Shift 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM Overtime may be required Key Responsibilities Maintain and control QMS documents (SOPs, work instructions, records, etc.) Ensure proper document review, approval, and version control Keep records organized, accurate, and audit-ready (COA, COC, reports, etc.) Support internal and external audits Coordinate document updates across departments Track CAPA, change control, and related documentation Help maintain training records and document distribution Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelors preferred 25 years of experience in document control, QA, or QMS Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Work Environment Office-based with regular interaction on the production floor Involvement in audits and document reviews About Cardinal Staffing Services With over 30 years of experience, Cardinal Staffing Services is a leader in staffing and recruiting.
