An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)2+ years of related work experience.Experience in structural design process from conceptual layout phase through build to package release.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience for level 3. 9+ years of experience for level 4.Experience with FAA certification processes, including Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) development and approval.Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams with internal and external resources and customers.Experience with implementation and maintenance of systems engineering tools, schedules, and metrics (e.g., Earned Value Management, DOORs, CAMEO).Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.Experience with Model Based Engineering.Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.Relocation:This position does not offer relocation.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post-offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift:This position is for 1st shift.
