A opportunity has arisen for a fully flexible and confident communicator, with a premium luxury beauty background, working in London Heathrow Airport. Experience of working with Luxury Skincare brands is preferred. The candidate must be current and up to date on the emerging skincare market and trends. You must be proactive in recruiting new customers, delivering exceptional service and have the ability to deliver the Augustinus Bader story. You will be working on the luxury brand that is taking the world by storm! The brand has incredible technology and you will be required to engage with customers in these products and showcase the products to passengers. We are looking?for people who are passionate about all things skin and skincare products. This role is a full time role and candidates must be able to work any day of the week and cover both early and late shifts, although shift patterns will tend towards later starts and late finishes. Most early shifts wikl commence at 8am in the morning, later finishes will be 9pm-10pm on a late shift. Role and Responsibilities Provide an exceptional sales service, demonstrating the Augustinus Bader skincare ritual - working towards achieving sales targets and KPIs. Exceptional grooming and conscientious about timekeeping Increase sales through events and traffic stopping and sit down consultations. Successfully complete company training. Operations and maintaining standards? Efficient sales tracking, merchandising and cash handling. Stock management. Highlight stock or tester issues Manage and maintain highest standards of hygiene and visual merchandising. The roles are full time - 40 hours per week and you need to be prepared to work flexibly across the week.
