Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including proper labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory control procedures like cycle counting.
- Engage in physical tasks that require consistent lifting and manual dexterity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to handle manual labor and perform lifting duties, up to 50 pounds.
- A strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices is essential.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and inventory management concepts is a plus.
