Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items and quantities from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pick-up.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area, prioritizing **safety**.
- Adhere to all company **safety** protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker, packer, or in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capacity for **lifting** items weighing up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse **logistics** and order fulfillment processes.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
