About
Join our fast-paced warehouse in Boston, Massachusetts as a Warehouse Worker! This is a key role where you'll contribute directly to the efficiency and success of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving and inspecting incoming inventory, stocking shelves accurately, picking and packing customer orders with care, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is absolutely essential for smooth logistics. We are committed to a culture of Safety and expect all employees to follow all Safety guidelines diligently, including the consistent use of appropriate PPE. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to handle tasks involving frequent Lifting of packages and materials, which may weigh up to 50 lbs. You'll also be on your feet for most of your shift, requiring endurance and mobility. Experience with pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment is a significant advantage.
