Become a key member of our dynamic e-commerce fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is at the heart of our **logistics** operation, responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped with speed and precision. You will work with cutting-edge warehouse technology to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and other technology.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, applying correct labels and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing and shipping areas.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely.
- Follow all **safety** guidelines and wear **PPE** as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to the overall success of our **logistics** and shipping operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Capability for **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and the use of **PPE**.
- Understanding of **logistics** principles and e-commerce fulfillment.
