Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and other technology.
- Pack products securely and professionally for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before processing for shipping.
- Operate shipping equipment, such as printers and label applicators.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and scanning equipment proficiency.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
